Lazari Investments is under offer to buy the Brunswick Centre, WC1, for £135m, reflecting a 3.6% yield.
The Royal Mail Pension Plan put the 290,000 sq ft shopping centre up for sale in August with an asking price of £120m.
JLL advised on the sale; Lazari was unrepresented.
