Marston’s has bought two London development sites in Belvedere, Bexley, and Dagenham for a total of £2.5m.
Norman Retail Belvedere, advised by Kitchen La Frenais Morgan, sold the 1.2-acre Belvedere site.
Pharmaceuticals company Sanofi, represented by Savills, offloaded the Dagenham site.
The pub chain was represented by Bidwells and DCS.
