Brookfield Property Partners’ 99 Bishopsgate, EC2, is now 100% let after MBIA Insurance announced today that it had signed a lease for 4,459 sq ft of office space.
This takes the total amount of London leasings signed by New York-listed Brookfield to 1m sq ft across 15 individual deals since October 2013.
This includes the 431,000 sq ft prelet to Amazon at Principal Place, EC2, agreed last month, and Schroders’ 310,000 sq ft deal for office space at One Wall Place, EC2, in January.
