Star Wars producer LucasFilm’s West End home for its visual effects division has been put up for sale by Topland Group.
The investment group has appointed CBRE to sell 14,558 sq ft Hend House at 233 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2, six months after letting it entirely to Industrial Light & Magic.
Located adjacent to Google’s Central St Giles home, the building generates rent of £866,201 pa and is let to 2024.
Offers in excess of £20.5m – a 4% net initial yield – are sought.
