Landlords shun zero-hour tenants

Some of the UK’s biggest landlords are refusing to take tenants on zero-hours contracts, or are insisting on payment guarantees.

Ricard lambert, chief executive of the National Landlords Association, said that it was in a landlord’s interests not to expose themselves to the risk of having a tenant with a fluctuating, low income.
