Russian citizens will soon have to pay tax to the Kremlin, regardless of where they earn their money or live, in a bid to stem the nation’s ‘capital flight’.
Many of those who will be hit be the new arrangement live in the UK, especially in central London.
The flight of capital from Russia this year is thought to be £60bn – double what it was last year.
