Jacob Loftus at Resolution said: “Mendeley is a young, high-growth digital business, which will sit well within the AlphaBeta community. Future lettings will add to the mix of digital and media companies, underlining the building’s appeal to a new generation of creative business seeking a Shoreditch base with a City interface.”

David Lee, vice-president, finance and commercial at Mendeley, added: “We work hard to make Mendeley a great place to work. Our new offices at AlphaBeta will be destination workplace in the heart of Tech City.”

Allsop and Savills are letting agents at AlphaBeta. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Mendeley.
