Savills has been appointed to the Homes and Communities Agency multidisciplinary panel.
The firm is already a member of the HCA property panel.
Many public bodies will be able to use the panel’s expertise, free of charge, in areas such as engineering, architecture, planning and consultancy, to improve the speed and efficiency of public land purchases.
The panel will be used to procure up to £100m in technical services.
Savills will join 17 other members on the panel, including WYG, Atkins, Mott Macdonald and BDP.
