Former chicken sheds on Cabra Road, Rathfriland, Northern Ireland will come under the hammer at the upcoming Lambert Smith Hampton auction in Belfast.
The vacant 3.78-acre site has a reserve of £15,000.
The sheds are being sold on behalf of a private individual and are in a poor state of repair.
They are one of 71 lots to be offered at the 21 November auction at the Europa Hotel, Belfast.
