FINANCE: New Zealand commercial property returned 12.9% in the year to Q3 2014, according to the PCNZ/IPD New Zealand Quarterly Property Index.
This is made up of 5% capital value growth and 7.6% income return, and compares with a 11.3% total return for the year to the end of June.
The index tracks the performance of 577 assets with a combined net asset value of NZD $12.8bn (£6.2bn)
