JP Morgan has appointed a new agent to help lease 274,484 sq ft of vacant space at 5 Churchill Place, E14.
CBRE has been brought in alongside incumbent agents Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield, which have been instructed on the building since before its completion in 2009. The 12-storey block is owned by Wafic Said’s holding company.
JP Morgan is offering flexible sub-leases for a term up to 2029 on its space in the building.
The 26,059 sq ft 10th and 11th floors are available directly from the landlord. Quoting rents are £35 per sq ft.
