A spaceship-inspired entertainments and events space has been revealed as part of a £2bn leisure complex planned for the Swanscombe Peninsula in Kent.
London Paramount will include a 111-acre entertainment resort featuring Europe’s largest water park, a 215,000 sq ft event space and more than 5,000 hotel bedrooms.
Kuwaiti Europe Holdings is funding the development and has already spent £40m on consultancy.
Land Securities and Lafarge Tarmac own the land; Farrells is the masterplanner.
