Lone Star Funds has completed its refinancing of the Hotel Collection and has put two of its hotels on the market.
Christie+Co has been instructed to sell the Palace Hotel in Derbyshire for £7m and the Basingstoke Country Hotel in Hampshire for £5.5m.
