A financier who purchased collapsed retailer Comet is the frontrunner to buy Gala bingo halls.
Henry Jackson’s OpCapita firm is the favourite to takeover the 135 bingo halls owned by Gala. OpCapita also bought video games chain Game out of administration and floated it on the stock market.
