The number of investors in Lloyds Banking Group who have joined legal action against the bank over its takeover of HBOS has topped 5,000.
A report into the near-collapse of HBOS in 2008 is to be further delayed. It was due to be released in December, but legal objections are likely to push publication into the new year.
