The Crown Estate and TIAA Henderson Real Estate will unveil plans for a £70m leisure extension to Exeter’s Princesshay shopping centre later this month.
The scheme will create 180,000 sq ft of new leisure space as well as regenerating the bus station between Paris Street and Sidwell Street.
The consultation comes ahead of an outline planning application, expected to be submitted to the city council by the end of the year.
The public exhibition will take place in the former Blue Wing Gallery unit, Roman Walk, Princesshay, Exeter from 20-22 November.
