GVA and KPMG join Birmingham Curzon

brum-curzon.jpegGVA and KPMG have been appointed to advise Birmingham city council on its Birmingham Curzon masterplan – the largest development opportunity on the £50bn HS2 rail link.

GVA is carrying out a viability study and delivering a growth strategy to optimise the economic impact of HS2 within the masterplan, which covers 348 acres in the city centre and includes proposals for more than 8.2m sq ft of new commercial space.

KPMG is concentrating on the financial modelling and mechanisms for delivery.
