Pubs fall out of favour

Traditional pubs have lost their allure with the under-25s, according to a study by Carlsburg UK.

The report states that pub popularity among 18 to 25-year-olds has fallen from 42% last year to 36% this year as alcohol is becoming less important to younger people.

However, going down the pub still remains the number one out-of-home leisure activity for the nations adults as a whole.
