Westminster City Council has approved plans for a luxury residential development at No1 Palace Street, next door to Buckingham Palace.
Northacre is developing the 302,377 sq ft scheme, which is backed by Palace Real Estate Partners and the Abu Dhabi Financial Group who jointly own the site. It will include 72 apartments designed by Northacre’s in-house design team N Studio and Squire & Partners.
The property, which comprises five buildings and faces Buckingham Gate, was originally built as a grand hotel in the 19th century.
