Asking prices for homes in Kensington & Chelsea have dropped by 3.7% over the past year, despite growth in all other London boroughs.
The price of property coming to market in the Royal borough fell from £2,298,155 to 2,212,845 since November 2013, according to Rightmove’s monthly index. For Greater London as a whole prices rose 16.2% over the year.
