The most expensive off-plan penthouses in the West End, with “Puff Daddy-style” features, have hit the market.
Galliard Homes has put six penthouses valued at £65m up for sale at its Chilterns scheme. The most expensive one has a £25m price tag.
Each of the Squire & Partners-designed penthouses at 74-76 Chiltern Street, W1, has a private wine cave able to store 325 bottles.
The developer said the main penthouse has the largest private roof garden in the West End and that, like the famous Ivy Club, has a “Puffy Daddy-style” private glass lift connecting the two floors.
The whole scheme comprises 44 luxury flats.
Stephen Conway, chief executive of Galliard Homes, said: “Our vision for the Chilterns was to deliver the most exclusive address in Marylebone and the wider West End. We have combined luxury, technology, art and lifestyle amenities to achieve an outstanding level of quality and lifestyle offering.”
