New property website Agents Mutual, which launches in January, is asking its members to hold back from one of the big two existing portals.
Agents Mutual wants members to advertise property on its website before Rightmove and Zoopla, and then to only use one of the rivals.
The new website is backed by Savills, Douglas & Gordon, and Knight Frank.
