Stoford to build in Wiltshire

blueprints-construction-generic-THUMB.jpegStoford has been selected as development partner for the final phase of the 160-acre Solstice Park industrial development in Wiltshire.

The Amesbury Property Company has appointed the Birmingham-based property developer to deliver a range of warehouse units on the remaining two serviced sites, known as EOS, which together cover 16 acres.

EOS, at Solstice Park, at Amesbury near Salisbury, offers plots to accommodate units of up to 155,000 sq ft for industrial and distribution occupiers. Units are available on a design-and-build basis either on leasehold or freehold terms. EOS 1 comprises 7.82 acres while EOS 2 comprises 8.74 acres.

Current occupiers include Home Bargains, Greggs Bakery, and Holiday Inn.

Stoford director David Brown said: “Solstice Park represents an excellent opportunity for industrial or distribution companies that are looking for a value-for-money Southern base linking into the South Coast and South West regions.

“We are naturally delighted to have been selected by Amesbury Property Company as development partners and we are looking forward to getting started on the scheme in due course.”
