Luxury estate agent Rokstone plans to open three new offices in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and the Hyde Park Estates.
The Chiltern Street-based agency has sold more than £350m of central London property, with £140m transacted in the past year
Rokstone was established in 2006 by former Foxtons director Becky Fatemi, with 50% of its clients based overseas and 50% in the UK.
Its clients include Jay-Z, P Diddy, Rhianna, Tinie Tempah and Naomi Campbell.
