SEGRO has appointed Prologis vice president and market officer for London and the South East James Craddock as London development director.
Craddock will report to Alan Holland, business unit director for Greater London.
He will join the business in Q1 2015 to focus on securing new business development opportunities.
Holland said: “We are delighted to welcome James to our team. He brings with him a wealth of experience, knowledge and market contacts. His appointment demonstrates our commitment to further invest and grow our position in our core Greater London market.”
