Unite Students has secured planning approval for a £20m development in the centre of Aberdeen.
The development is on a one-acre site acquired from Aberdeen city council, which is currently occupied by a derelict school building. The 120,000 sq ft project will provide housing for 399 students.
Unite Students already operates four properties in the city, which house more than 1,300 students.
