Derwent London has secured planning permission to convert its Mayfair HQ into luxury flats.
Westminster city council last night approved the REIT’s proposals to redevelop 55,000 sq ft 25 Savile Row, W1, into 29 flats.
Proposals comprise demolishing the office block and replacing it with a Stanton Williams scheme, which will also include shop space on the ground floor.
Consent is subject to a payment in excess of £7m towards the council’s affordable housing pot.
