An £8m medical centre in Wiltshire is the largest lot being offered at Barnard Marcus’s 16 December auction.
The 24,000 sq ft health centre in Westbury, close to Trowbridge, will be offered as part of a 157-strong catalogue.
It generates an income of £392,000 pa, reflecting a 4.5% yield – and is being sold on behalf of a private corporate investor.
Barnard Marcus auctions director Chris Glenn said: “This is one of the best investment opportunities we have seen come to the auction room in 25 years.”
The sale will take place at the Grand Connaught Rooms, WC2.
