London Property Summit: talk of the town

Last month’s London Property Summit saw 450 delegates gather to hear the public and private sectors set the capital’s property agenda.

There was a full house at the QEII Conference Centre, SW1, for the third annual event, staged by London First and Movers & Shakers.

Housing and planning minister Brandon Lewis led an impressive speaker line-up, urging institutional investors to get behind the private rented sector.

Elsewhere speakers addressed topics ranging from investment opportunities in London to creating places to live, work and shop.

Shard developer Irvine Sellar said the tide had turned in the office market, and that he was ready to call London a landlords’ market.
