Grainger has appointed Chestertons to manage its Hornsey Road, N7, residential scheme.
The new agreement will take effect from 1 January 2015 and see Chestertons looks after the 150-home project.
Hornsey Road Apartments, formerly known as Hornsey Road Baths, was built in the 1890s.
After being badly bombed during the second world war, the site has been taken on by Grainger to undergo a major redevelopment.
