Savills has welcomed director Piers Nickalls back to its south east offices team as a director.
Nickalls worked in the team from 1998 to 2007, before spending three years in Hong Kong and then joining Savills’ international tenant representation team in London.
The South East team currently advises on 7.8m sq ft of instructions including Chiswick Park, Ruskin Square, Croydon and Cambridge Biomedical campus.
