A major Australian player in the music streaming business has signed for a Soho office to launch its foray into the UK market.
Guvera, which streams artists such as Katy Perry and One Direction, has signed a five-year lease for 1,700 sq ft at Shaftesbury’s Silver House on Beak Street, W1.
A rent in line with nearby Soho rents of close to £60 per sq ft has been agreed.
The deal will aid the global expansion of Guvera, which is live in 20 countries and plans to launch in the UK and Europe during 2015.
Hanover Green advised the tenant; CBRE and Colliers International represented Shaftesbury.
