Crosstree Real Estate Partners and Helical Bar have secured their first office tenants at The Bower on Old Street Roundabout, EC1.
Luxury online fashion retailer Farfetch and marketing agency John Brown Media have signed for a combined 44,000 sq ft at the scheme.
Farfetch will take the fourth and fifth floors of the 122,000 sq ft Warehouse building and John Brown has signed for the entire 18,500 sq ft self-contained Studio office building.
JLL and Hatton Real Estate are joint letting agents; DeVono advised Farfetch and Kinney Green advised John Brown Media.
