Non-residents owning luxury apartments in New York could find their taxes increased as Mayor Bill de Blasio looks for ways to pay for affordable housing.
Mr. de Blasio told a news briefing that there were a number of proposals and that nothing had been ruled in or out.
He confirmed that a pied-a-terre tax was among the proposals being considered.
