The group finance director of St Modwen, Michael Dunn, is to leave the company in 2015.
The company announced that Dunn will be staying on at the company until 31 May at the latest, when he will step down from the board. During that time the company will be searching for a replacement and will be considering both internal and external candidates.
Dunn commented: “I am pleased to have helped St Modwen succeed over the last few years but the time is now right for me to spend more time with my young family.
“The business is financially strong and well positioned for the future with an excellent team in place and I look forward to its continued progress.”
