Pegasus Life has secured planning permission for 112 retirement flats near Tetbury, Gloucestershire.
Cotswold district council approved proposals for the development which will be built around a village hall by Cirencester Road.
The scheme will also include a spa, library, café and swimming pool.
Construction is expected to start in the summer.
