Private rented specialist Fizzy Living has appointed Niall Malone as investment manager.
He joins from residential company Mill Group, where he has been investment manager since July 2013. Prior to this he spent three years with Deloitte Real Estate.
At the same time, Fizzy Living has hired Stepehn Young as acquisitions analyst. He joins from Deloitte Real Estate, where he was a chartered surveyor in the residential valuations team.
Adam Russell, acquisitions manager at Fizzy Living, said: “Our new recruits join as the company aims to grow its rapidly expanding portfolio.”
The firm has a 450-flat portfolio, a 450-home pipeline, and wants to grow the latter to 1,000 by the end of the year.
Fizzy Living aims to increase its portfolio to 5,000 flats by 2020.
