Cathedral Group, now part of Development Securities, has appointed Pilcher Hershman and Shelly Sandzer to sell or lease its 5,700 sq ft HQ at St Thomas’s Church, SE1, as a restaurant opportunity.
It has consent for an Allford Hall Monaghan Morris-designed 80-100 seat eatery.
Following DevSec’s purchase of Cathedral Group in May 2014, the pair are seeking a new shared office in the capital.
