JLL is expanding into larger premises in Devon after signing for space at The Senate in Exeter.
The agent has taken 4,500 sq ft at Valad’s 72,000 sq ft property in the heart of the city centre.
It will relocate from nearby Keble House.
Charles Kislingbury, lead director of JLL’s Exeter office, said: “Our move to The Senate will take place in early spring in what is our 25th year of successfully working in the city.”
He added: “The additional space we have secured will provide a fantastic environment for our staff and clients and fits our plans to grow as we continue to invest in our South West business.”
