DTZ appoints energy consultants

DTZ has appointed Andres Guzman as a senior consultant in London and Brad Johnson as a consultant in Manchester.

Guzman joins from the JLL upstream sustainability team. He has more than six years’ experience delivering energy management services and advising on carbon compliance and sustainability reporting.

Johnson has previously held energy and sustainability roles at Rotherham Metropolitan borough council, Kent county council, and the police and fire & rescue services.

Johnson and Guzman will join the EMEA strategic energy and sustainability group, where they will work on an expanding portfolio of energy and sustainability projects for clients such as DTZ Investors, Schroders, St Modwen, Pinewood Studios, Infinis and Berkeley Homes.

EMEA head of strategic energy and sustainability Alan Somerville said: “Andres and Brad are joining DTZ’s SES team at a very exciting time. Our EMEA energy and sustainability group is part of an expanding global DTZ capability. Within the UK specifically we have a wide range of investor, developer and occupier clients and are delivering some groundbreaking projects. Our clients are driven by the desire to reduce energy costs, increase energy efficiency and improve investment returns from their assets.”
