BNP Paribas Real Estate’s director of new homes has left the business after a year in the role.
The company confirmed that Julian Sedgwick had left the business, but declined to comment further.
His departure comes a year after BNP PRE announced his appointment. He was based in London and worked within the new homes division for the central London residential agency team.
Prior to joining BNP PRE, Sedgwick worked at Savills. He spent a number of years in Asia, with a focus on business development, working with UK developers on the sale of new London flats to Asian investors, and introducing Asian developers to regional and UK opportunities.
