Essential Living goes Creekside
Private rented sector specialist Essential Living has submitted plans for its £80m, 249-home Greenwich Creekside scheme, SE8.
The Assael Architects-designed plans include a 21-storey block and a 10-storey building that will be marketed solely for family use and include an on-site nursery and rooftop gardens.
The scheme sits on a 1.2-acre plot between Copperas Street and Deptford Creek. Subject to consent, the project would complete by the end of 2017.
