Former BNP Paribas Real Estate director Julian Sedgwick has joined London residential agent Marsh & Parsons.
Sedgwick has been appointed to the newly created role of director of new homes in the residential development and investment department.
The team he is joining advises a range of clients including Mount Anvil and Essential Living.
Charles Holland, head of residential development at Marsh & Parsons, said: “Julian is a fantastic addition to our evolving RDI business as it seeks to capitalise on the considerable momentum we have established in just 15 months since the division was created.”
Prior to joining BNP PRE, Sedgwick worked at Savills. He spent a number of years in Asia, with a focus on business development, working with UK developers on the sale of new London flats to Asian investors, and introducing Asian developers to regional and UK opportunities.
Sedgwick said: “I am thrilled to be coming on board such an exciting and quickly growing business and I look forward to building a strong, reputable and highly profitable new homes team.”
