Online estate agency HouseSimple has received a £5m investment from Sir Charles Dunstone, the founder of CarPhone Warehouse.
HouseSimple allows sellers to pick and choose the services they want, making it cheaper than traditional estate agencies.
The company sold 150 properties a month last year, and will use the finding from Dunstone to expand the business. Dunstone, together with partner Roger Taylor, plans further cash injections in the future.
