Private equity group Advent International is looking to list furniture retailer DFS in a move that could value the latter at close to £1b.
UBS, Jeffries and Numis are acting as advisers for the IPO, which could take place within the next few weeks, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The IPO could include a share sale to retail investors, as well as institutional placements.
