Music company BMG Chrysalis UK has agreed to take 22,879 sq ft at 5 Merchant Square, W2, making the Paddington block fully let.
It has taken the eighth floor on a 10-year lease at a rent of £57.50 per sq ft, according to local agents.
The company joins tenants including Avanta and Marks & Spencer at the 262,000 sq ft office building.
Richard Banks, chief executive of European Land, the development manager of the Merchant Square scheme, said: “We are very pleased to welcome a further tenant to 5 Merchant Square, which is now fully let to a range of blue-chip companies, highlighting Paddington’s exceptional appeal.”
Knight Frank and JLL advised the landlord; Elsworth represented BMG Chrysalis.
