Taiwanese firm Sunrider International’s purchase of St Ermin’s hotel in Westminster, SW1, has been confirmed.
As tipped by Estates Gazette, it was sold for £185m by an affiliate of Angelo Gordon & Co, Amerimar Enterprises and Gracemark.
The hotel comprises 331 bedrooms, the Caxton Bar, Grill and 15 conference and banquet rooms. The property was completely refurbished in 2011.
It will continue as a franchise of the Autograph Collection by Marriott, and is managed by a unit of Amerimar Enterprises.
CBRE advised the vendor; Eastdil Secured acted for the buyer.
