Canmoor is selling two business parks in the regions with a £100m asking price.
The 360,000 sq ft Birmingham Business Park in Solihull and the 150,000 sq ft Lawnswood Business Park in Leeds have both been put up for sale.
Canmoor bought the parks from Arlington Business Parks Partnership in 2013 – a joint venture between Legal & General and Goodman.
Canmoor has been actively asset managing and leasing the parks since.
