Media agency the7Stars is expanding its head office and moving from Soho to Melbourne House in the Aldwych Quarter, WC2.
The firm, which counts ice lolly brand Fab and mobile video game Clash of Clans among its clients, has signed a 10-year lease for 11,500 sq ft at the block. Quoting rents are £59.50 per sq ft.
It will relocate from 7,229 sq ft at Dean Street, W1, where office rents are in the region of £75 per sq ft.
