Benson unveils plans on Broadway
Benson Elliot has unveiled plans for phase two of its mixed-use redevelopment of the Arcadia site in Ealing, west London.
The firm is planning to redevelop 9-42 The Broadway, W5, as an Allies & Morrison-designed scheme comprising 200 homes and 60,000 sq ft of shops. The site had been in the hands of administrators at Grant Thornton since 2011, when Irish investor Glenkerrin crumbled under a €650m (£485m) debt pile.
Benson Elliot bought the site in 2012. DP9 is advising on planning; Londonewcastle is development manager.
